What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

Quick note!

  • Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

  • Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

  • Deliveries outside of the US, Canada,  may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Jaynisparkle does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Return Policy:

As part of our commitment to providing you with quality products and a straightforward shopping experience,  You can return order within 7 days after receiving. SALE items can not be returned. The refund will be processed after we received your return. Return must be unworn and in their original packaging. You will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout. Jaynisparkle will not cover the shipping costs for returns and we are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
